Beyond glow and glimmer: Explore the art and science of lighting at LED Expo 2023 New Delhi as it sets the stage for 180+ exhibitors and 54 new exhibitors from the world of illumination

LED Expo 2023, the grand extravaganza of the illumination industry, is just around the corner and it promises to be an unmissable event for both industry professionals and enthusiasts alike. This vibrant event is set to illuminate the heart of New Delhi with its dazzling display of trailblazing technologies, featuring 180+ exhibitors, including 54 new entrants from India and six countries.

Mark the calendars for this extraordinary gathering slated to take place at IEML, Greater Noida, from 2 – 4 November 2023. The show will unveil a breath-taking array of 1,000+ products and 3,000+ brands that will leave attendees inspired. The event will see participants like Adsun Lighting, Bhagwati Lighting Industries, Bright Power Semicon, C B Electric, Calcom Vision, Caterlux, Epsori, Inventronics, IMEE LED, Kevin Electrochem, Inventronics, Mantra Lite, Network INC, Panitek Smart Energy, Zylos and many more. The show will see innovation from countries including India, China, Italy, Finland, Hong Kong, Switzerland and UAE.

Set on a growth trajectory, the LED lighting market in India has been growing rapidly due to increasing awareness of energy efficiency, urbanisation, infrastructure development and a growing emphasis on smart lighting solutions. The demand for LEDs is witnessed across sectors and is evolving towards the development of smart lighting solutions, connected lighting systems, human-centric lighting and Internet of Things (IoT) integration. These innovations enable enhanced controls, customisation and efficiency of LED lighting systems contributing to sustainability.

The panel discussion will be conducted exclusively in association with the Council of Architecture led by the leading Architects, Lighting Designers and Members from the Lighting Fraternity expressing ideas and thoughts on the essence of light in spaces. Following are the topics:

- Synergising future lighting projects by implementing advanced human centric and environmentally sensitive lighting

- Illumination vs Experience: The Designers Choice

- Technology v/s Creativity: Beyond Illumination

- Followed by a workshop conducted by the Women in Lighting on the “Mastering the art of integrating design and lighting products for the lighting enthusiasts and a session on The Story of Light: from Mundane to Magnificent’ by the Interior Designer Lipika Sud

According to a report by IMARC Group, the Indian LED lighting market size reached USD 3.4 billion in 2022 and is expected to reach USD 11.9 billion by 2028, exhibiting a growth rate CAGR of 23.38% during 2023 – 2028, while the Indian smart lighting market is expected to exhibit a growth rate CAGR of 31.6% during 2024 – 2029.
